New Jozi Cafe: Social Media Stratergy & Content Creation

I created a Social Media Content Calendar for this Cafe, strategizing based on thier target audience and competitors. I developed content categories and a consistent posting plan, using storytelling to make each post engaging and relatable, while also producing and editing the content using Cap Cut to ensure a cohesive and compelling social media presence.

RAZOR GROUP PROJECTS

As a Social Media and Influencer Manager at Razor Group, I strategized and executed monthly social media content and led campaigns for national holidays. I identified emerging social media trends and created content that generated over 5K views. Additionally, I collaborated with and managed influencers to produce engaging content that increased brand awareness.

As a Marketing Manager and Content Creator at Charles, I led brand management across digital channels, including website design, visual branding, and social media. I ideated, executed, and analyzed integrated marketing campaigns, developing compelling copy and creative assets to drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.

Crateful Surprises

Is a gift box business I started during COVID, offering customised crates filled with surprises. Customers choose the box size and product category.

Crate Full of Surprises helped turn tough times into "Crateful" (Grateful) moments through customised surprise gift boxes.

Cooking at Tiffany's

Is a hands-on Asian cuisine Cooking Workshop where participants bond over making dishes like bubble tea, red bean mochi, dumplings, and more.

I’ve hosted both private workshops and community events in collaboration with
The Social Hub & Companies.

More about me

IMG_7531 4_edited.jpg

I’m Tiffany, originally from Taiwan. I began my career in Berlin, working in marketing and management roles across startups and global companies, including HelloFresh, while completing a Master’s in Management.

An exchange semester at Erasmus University in Rotterdam sparked my love for the city, leading me to stay and build my career there. I now work as a freelancer in events, social media content creation, and community management at Erasmus University’s Social Hub, while running my own venture, Spark Events.

I specialize in designing creative, interactive experiences that foster connection and reduce loneliness ranging from speed-friending events and hands-on cooking workshops to treasure-hunt-style food tours. Passionate about creativity, innovation, and strategy, I enjoy crafting compelling content, developing marketing campaigns, and building communities.

Always open to connecting, exchanging ideas, or simply having a chat feel free to reach out.
